Abstract:
Organizations need good performing human resources. Human resources (employees) shown in performance results thanks to work motivation that is built from a good work environment and leadership style. This research is intended to improve organizational activity and performance, where excellent service quality depends on organizational human resources who have high work motivation thanks to the work environment and leadership style that influence it. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the Work Environment and Leadership Style variables on Performance Variables through Work Motivation Variables. This research is an empirical study of employees at the Non TPI Palopo Class III Immigration Office. Work Environment and Leadership Style as Dependent Variables from Employee Performance as Independent Variables through Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables (mediation). This research is an associative research using a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a closed questionnaire with a sample of 66 employees. Determination of respondents taken as a whole from the existing population, data processing methods using IBM SPSS 25.0.
